The Spirit of Summer Sport
With the 2025–26 Summer Season now wrapped up, it is a fitting time to reflect on a summer marked by unbeaten campaigns, shared champions, last-ball finishes and overtime games that kept the championship races alive through to the final rounds. Across basketball, cricket, tennis, rowing, volleyball and water polo, teams met the challenges of a long season with discipline and resilience.
Since 1905, the PSA has brought together Western Australia’s leading boys’ schools in competition, building a long and respected sporting tradition while helping to develop young men of humility and integrity.
Those moments reflected the values that continue to define the PSA community: excellence, integrity, respect, courage and teamwork. More than a season of results, the 2025–26 summer season again showed the enduring role school sport plays in shaping young men of character and purpose.
